The next morning David ask to stay home from school just because the show was gonna be on that night and they were still gonna have a party his dad said no but he didn’t care because he was going to walk to school with Elliot. David gets to school his first teacher hands him a note telling him to go see the media specialist he doesn’t know why but maybe he’s gonna be on the TV news team. The teacher tells him she’s gonna make an exception and let him be on the news media team. even though he’s not in seventh grade they are going to let him.
David feels great and can’t wait to tell Elliott.
Summary page 235-237
David gets home from school and they are getting ready for the party he receives a letter from his mom and he finds out that Lindsey wrote his mom and told her about hammy Lindsey swore she would never write her mom. So he goes to Lindsey’s room and they read the letter together. She tells him that
she was not mentally well when she left and she’s still isn’t but is getting better and will come to visit him soon.
Summary page 238-243
The people start to arrive for the party Elliot and his mom Sophie and her moms one of his dads friends and they all sit and watch the show. Everyone is impressed with John Stewart talking about David on the daily show when the party’s over it’s after midnight and David sits down and writes his mom a letter. David tells his mom that maybe he will come and visit her since she can’t leave the house.

i can connect to when he wants to Be on the news team but he isnt old enough not just like when I wanted to be on the kid pitch baseball but I had to be at the pitching machine batting but they made and exception cause my best friend dad was the coach.

I can connect to when David gets his friend Elliot back to when I have been in a fight with a friend and I lost my friend and then couple days later they just walk up to you like you are their best friend again.

I predict that David will one day be a famous talk show host . I think he will have his own show and be like David Letterman I wish there was another book that told us what happens next
First of all, I would like to say that this was not twenty pages and that this was only eleven pages. I understand that you are at the end of your book and all, but in order to complete those twenty pages, you would have have need to have read nine pages from your book and did a blog on that. I not trying to be mean or anything; this is just a heads up. Secondly, I found that your predicting was more of a evaluating. Also, you did not back up your predicting. One more thing. When you said that David’s mom was not mentally well, is that why she left? Is there any way that you can tell me exactly why David’s mom left?
This is probably your best blog yet you are getting awesome at these. I love your connecting and your predicting is awesome to I wish that there was another book to. I just have another question, why can’t him mother leave her him? Other then that this is very good.
That isn’t exactly true gage Ms. Gosney doesn’t always make us do that in fact she only does it when there is only like two pages left. Not trying to be mad I just had to stay.

You did a great job with describing your book. Your metacognatives are improving just remember to keep pushing your self to get a little bit better the next time.
This is a good blog. I could understand this one better than I could some of the others but there is still things you could do to improve on it. I understood it and it looked like you got all the main part of the book down but I felt like you needed to bring it out more by adding why stuff happened. That would help us understand even better!
There is one thing though that I would have liked to maybe see your blog. Maybe a background knowledge so you could slide summarize the whole book. That was just idea. Or even a character date. So that we know about the characters by now.
You did great on your blog and I really like them. You just need to say why on your prediction. But great job on this blog! Keep it up!
